This quality evaluation process may last up to 2 business days.

You will receive the credit including return courier charges within 5-15 working days, depending on your bank policies.

Please expect to receive your replacement within the following time frame:

  • In Metro areas: 1 – 6 working days
  • In Non-Metro areas: 3 – 10 working days

How do I know if replacement has been processed?

You will receive an email notification stating that we are now processing the replacement for your order. You will also be givena new order number.
